: The study complies with the Declaration of Helsinki. The study was approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority Dnr2020-06175. The clinical nursing records of eligible children were de-anonymised before data were transferred into the Excel file. RNs received oral and written information about their voluntary participation in the interviews and were informed that they could end their participation at any time without explaining the reason why and informed consent was obtained from all participants.
