: This study was approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority in May 2019 (DNR 2019 − 01403). All children and parents who participated in JASP-1 signed written informed consent upon inclusion in the overall JASP-1 study. When being asked to participate in an individual telephone interview in connection to the 12-months visit at the PRC, oral consent was obtained. The children and their parents were clearly informed that they could decline the interview without any impact to their ongoing care. The interviews were scheduled at a convenient time, typically within the following week after the invitation, ensuring they did not conflict with school or other activities. Parents were welcome to accompany their children during the interview.
