: This study included CSF samples and data from the National NeuroAIDS Tissue Consortium (NNTC) (Manhattan HIV Brain Bank, National Neurological AIDS Bank, California NeuroAIDS Tissue Network, and Texas NeuroAIDS Research Center). All subjects were enrolled with written informed consent and institutional review board (IRB) approval at each study site. The use of de-identified samples and data for the study was approved by the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Institutional Review Board.
