: Informed consent was obtained for all donors by the Minnesota Eye bank and experiments conformed to the principles set out in the WMA Declaration of Helsinki. Human blood monocytes from healthy donor were purified after written and informed consent in the Centre National d’Ophtalmologie des Quinze-Vingts (Paris, France).
