: This research protocol was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Ethics Committee of Qilu Hospital, Shandong University (KYLL-2024(ZM)-428). All patients and their guardians were informed about the use of the tissue and informed consent was provided. Animal experiments were performed according to the Guidelines for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (National Research Council (USA) Committee for the Updating of Guidelines for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals, 2011) and approved by the Laboratory Animal Ethics Committee of Qilu Hospital, Shandong University (DWLL-2022-095).
