: The study concerning MRI and PET imaging of healthy controls and patients was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Hospital District of Southwest Finland (Dnro: 48/1801/2019). Written informed consent was obtained from all participants according to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Procedures concerning production of MS patient-derived iPSC lines (48/1801/2019) were approved by the Ethics Committee of the Hospital District of Southwest Finland. Supportive ethical statements for human iPSC control lines (R08070, R12123), and for culturing and differentiating iPSCs for neuronal research (R20159) were obtained from the Wellbeing Services County of Pirkanmaa.
