: All procedures involving animals were conducted in strict accordance with the guidelines of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) of Jeonbuk National University and were pre-approved by the Ethical Committee for Animal Experiments at Jeonbuk National University (approval number: JBNU-2019–00079). Detailed records of all experimental procedures, animal health monitoring, and any protocol deviations were meticulously maintained and regularly reviewed to ensure compliance with approved standards. The animal research protocol employed in this study fully conformed to the ethical and procedural standards established by the Korea Association for Laboratory Animal Science (KALAS), a nationally recognized authority on laboratory animal welfare.
