Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Authorization from the Lisbon Academic Medical Centre Ethic Committee was obtained.After being informed about the project aims and their rights (e.g., procedures, voluntary non-gratified participation, data confidentiality, drop-out option with no consequences), survey participants will be asked to give oral informed consent (IC), qualitative study participants will sign IC and Delphi panel members will fill IC by email, stating agreement with the study.Principles of the Helsinki Declaration will be accounted for.
