Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical approval was obtained from the institutional review board committee of College of Medicine and Health Sciences, BahirDar University. Letter of permission was obtained from ANRS Health Bureau respective health institutions; both written and verbal consent was obtained from study participants after the purpose of the study was explained.
