: Ethical approval was obtained from the institutional review committee of Mettu University public health and medical science faculty, department of nursing on October 20, 2019. I.D. 3024/2019. The official letter of cooperation was written to the Ilu Ababor zone and the letter of cooperation was also written to each health facility and the study was conducted following the Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent, which assures anonymity in the publication of the final result, was taken after explaining the purpose, importance of the study, and right not to participate and withdraw to the participants. Confidentiality of the information was maintained throughout the research by excluding names as identified in the questionnaire.
