: The study was also conducted following the declaration of Helsinki where ethical approval was obtained from the Haramaya University College of Health and Medical Sciences Institutional Health Research Ethics Review Committee (IHRERC) and data were collected anonymously without personal identifiers. Data were collected following after obtaining an informed voluntary written and signed consent from each participants aged 18 years and above. For minors (< 18 years of age) selected in this study, consent was first obtained from their parents or guardians by sending them a sealed consent form through their selected child.
