: Ethical approval was granted by Amref Health Africa’s Ethics and Scientific Review Committee (ESRC P909/2020), and research clearance was obtained from the National Commission for Science, Technology, and Innovation (NACOSTI) (NACOSTI/P/21/8421) in Kenya and the Institute of Applied Biomedical Sciences (ISBA) in Benin (CER-ISBA 136 of January 31/12/2020). Before the commencement of each interview, verbal and written informed consent was obtained from participants by first explaining to them the objectives of the study, the procedure, the risks, and the benefits. The participants were informed that they could refuse to participate or even withdraw their participation in this study at any time with no consequences. There was no direct or material compensation for participation in this study; however, participants were reimbursed for any costs incurred in the course of research, such as transportation.
