: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of Bahir Dar University, College of Medicine and Health Sciences. Further approval was also granted from Amhara public health institutions and respective health facilities. The purpose of the study was explained to each healthcare provider. At the time of data collection, written consent was obtained from each study participant. The study was conducted according to the recommendations of the Code of Ethics of the World Medical Association (Declaration of Helsinki).
