: The survey was authorized by AMREF Health Africa ESRC, Kenya (Certificate of Registration: AMREF-ESRC P547/2018), the Marsabit Ministry of Health, and the sub-county health management team. The county health director and the chief medical officer of the county health officer authorized the survey.
