: The study data were extracted from the Invest Full Population Data study (), which was approved by the ethical working group at the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL). The register data used in this study were collected by the University of Turku and THL. THL and Statistics Finland granted their permissions to use their register data in the Invest research project. All data are pseudonymized and processed in a secure remote access environment maintained by Statistics Finland. The data are accessible only to researchers who have been granted a research permit.
