: The study was approved by The Aga Khan University Ethical Review Committee (ERC: 2471-Ped ERC 13). Consent forms were drafted in the Urdu, Sindhi, and Balochi languages, and informed oral consent was obtained from all participants. Women were also asked to repeat what they understood from the consent. For illiterate participants, the research assistant explained the consent in their local language so that the participant can comprehend. Moreover, verbal consent was taken from attendants of illiterate participants. All study procedures, including data collection, are consistent with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. The permission for verbal consent of the participants was obtained from The Aga Khan University Ethical Review Committee.
