: All procedures in this study were in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical clearances were obtained from both institutional and national review boards, namely, the University of Zimbabwe College of Health Sciences and Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals Joint Research Ethics Committee (412/16), Medical Research Council of Zimbabwe (A/2153) and Research Council of Zimbabwe (No: 03351). Informed consent was obtained from all study participants. Research assistants administered the informed consent verbally, and participants were handed paper consent document to read through and sign. Only participants providing consent in writing were considered.
