: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of the College of Health Sciences, Jimma University (Ref. No. JUIH/IRB/436/23) before data collection was initiated. Informed consent for study participants and audio records were obtained from each of them after providing clear explanations about the objective of the evaluation. To keep the physical privacy of respondents, separate places were prepared for client exit interviews. Participants were assured of their right of refusal or withdrawal from the interview at any time. Name and other personal information that can violate the confidentiality of the respondents were not taken or recorded. To maintain data collectors’ neutrality, standardized protocols were followed, and close supervision was provided. Note taken, and recorded voices were kept confidential.
