: This research was approved by the Hakkari University Scientific Research and Publication Ethics Committee (dated: 12.09.2024 numbered: 2024/143:1). Informed consent was obtained from the participants before starting the interview. All participants were informed that participation in the study was voluntary and that they could withdraw from the study at any time without any penalty or loss of rights. All participants have been anonymized by assigning them numbers (e.g., P1, P2, etc.). Recordings and transcripts were stored on a password-protected device.
