: The research protocol and data extraction tool were reviewed by the Departmental Research Committee (DRC), Institutional Scientific and Ethics Review Committee (ISERC) (Ref: 2022/ISERC_46(v2), and the Eswatini Health and Human Research Review Board (EHHRRB) (Ref: EHHRRB058/2022). Approval was obtained from the pilot setting facility and four study sites. The study adhered to the Declarations of Helsinki, with all identifiable information removed to ensure no compromise of personal identity. The committees granted a waiver of informed consent; thus, patient consent was not sought for using their files.
