: This article is derived from a PhD dissertation conducted at Tehran University of Medical Sciences. The overall dissertation follows a mixed-methods design, within which the present study represents the scoping review phase. The research protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of Tehran University of Medical Sciences (IR.TUMS.FNM.REC.1403.014). Since this part of the study is based on a review of existing literature, no human participants were involved and no informed consent was required.
