: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences with the code IR.TBZMED.REC.1402.740. The objectives and research methods were fully explained to the participants by the researcher, and written informed consent was obtained from them. The time and location of the interviews were determined based on participants’ agreement. Participants were assured that their involvement in this study was entirely voluntary, that they consented to audio recording of the interviews, and that they had the right to withdraw from the study at any stage. Furthermore, their identities and personal information were kept confidential throughout the research process and in the dissemination of results, using numerical codes or pseudonyms.
