Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The present survey was implemented under the EDCTP CDF-TMA 1027 READY-Study. Ethical clearance was obtained from the National Ethical Committee for Human Health Research (CNERSH/No: 2018/01/981/CE/CNERSH/SP). Administrative authorizations were also obtained from the Directors of all the respective study sites. As part of the project, informed consent was obtained from each study participant, and results were used for clinical utility.
