: The research protocol was approved by the National Health Research Ethics Committee of the Federal Ministry of Health (NHREC/01/01/2007-28/08/2020) as well as the Health Research and Ethics Committee of John Snow, Inc (JSI) Institutional Review Board (IRB). Informed consent (verbal and written was sought from each of the study participants and duly documented. Only participants who consented to the study were included in the study. Participants below 18 years of age and other emancipated minors were excluded from the study.
