: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Ethical review board of Wollega University. An official letter of permission was submitted to the respective town health office and health facilities. All respondents were informed about their free choice to participate and to withdraw whenever they wished during the data collection. Data collectors were secure written consent from all respondents before the interview. To respect the woman’s privacy and confidentiality, the data collection was conducted only in the presence of the interviewer and the interviewee in a separate room.
