Additionally, since the study has drawn on data collected in the context of the HPTN 071 (PopART) trial, permission to use data for the purpose of this research project was granted by the principal investigators of the larger trial. All participants provided written informed consent and consent was repeatedly confirmed during data collection process. No risks or harm took place on participants during data collection.
