: Adigrat University’s institutional review board approved the study and a formal letter of permission was obtained from Adigrat University. An official letter of cooperation from the above organization was written to the respective health facilities. There was no potential risk that might cause any harm to respondents. The importance of the study was explained to the participants of the study and informed oral consent was requested from the study participants immediately before the data collection. All respondents were informed of the right to withdraw or refuse to participate in this study at any time. The privacy and confidentiality of respondents were ensured by using a unique code.
