: This study was a secondary analysis of the 2022 GDHS, and therefore, there was no need for ethical approval. However, the authors sought permission from ICF to use the data and the permission was granted. However, the ICF Institutional Review Board provided ethical approval for the 2022 GDHS. All the survey procedures were performed following the Helsinki Declaration’s principles. Written informed consent was obtained from all respondents before they participated in the survey.
