: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Jimma University Institute of Health ethical review committee on 31/05/2022 with Ref No_ IHPG1/896. The purpose of the study was explained to all participants, and informed consent was obtained. If the participant was not able to provide informed consent due to a lack of capacity or was less than 18 years old, the principal investigator required the assent of the adolescent and the permission of the parent or guardian. To ensure confidentiality during data collection and processing, the pseudo name was used. The collected data were used only for the purpose of agreeing with the participant and not being shared with others. Additionally, audio recordings and transcripts were kept safe.
