: This study received ethical approval from Malian Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine, Pharmacy and Odonto-Stomatology (Approval No. 2017/58/CE/FMPOS). No personal identifiers were collected. All participants provided written informed consent prior to enrollment in the survey, and they were free to withdraw their consent at any of participation without any consequences. Participants who tested positive for HIV received appropriate care and were managed in accordance with the Mali National HIV treatment Guidelines.
