: The protocol was approved by the Ethical Review Committee of theĀ 250-bedded General Hospital, Chattogram, Bangladesh (Ref: 1728), in accordance with the ethical standards set forth by the Declaration of Helsinki, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and relevant national regulations governing research with human subjects. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants before the interview. The aims and procedures of this study were explained to most of the participants in the native language (Bengali) and the local language for some of them. All the prospective participants answered a yes/no question to confirm their consent to participate willingly. Participants could withdraw (with their information) from the survey anytime. All information was kept confidential.
