: Institution Review Committee (IRC), Pokhara University with Ref No. 131-079/080 approved the research process. Also, permission was taken from the Siyari Rural Municipality to collect data. The study didn’t include experiments on human subjects. Primary data was collected only by using interviews with an interview schedule. Before data collection, written/verbal informed consent was obtained from each pregnant woman with an explanation of the research objectives, procedures, and confidentiality. The study followed all the ethical guidelines.

: Consent to publish the research report was obtained from the health section of Siyari Rural Municipality and pregnant women mentioning the objectives.
