: Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Health Research and Ethics Committee (HREC) of the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Ituku-Ozalla, Enugu. Written consent was obtained from every participant having explained the purpose of the study, their roles as participants, the risks, and benefits of participating in the study, and their rights to voluntary participation. Anonymity of study participants was ensured by removing self-identifying information. Confidentiality was ensured by proper storage of all data received and accessibility of the material only to the study team All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations (declarations of Helsinki). All the data collected was stored on a password-protected computer while the paper-based questionnaires and consent forms were kept safely in a locked cabinet.
