: The Institutional Review Board at Rochester Institute of Technology approved the main protocol (i.e., to use group chats) and its amendment (i.e., to interview select group members) in May 2022 and November 2023, respectively. The approval number was FWA# 00000731. Per the research protocol, the use of group chats (also considered textual analysis) was exempt from obtaining informed consent. Group members who were interviewed were provided with and agreed to informed consent. All group chats and responses remained confidential to the extent allowed by law.
