: The current study was including human respondents due to this ethical clearance was obtained from Ethical clearance approval obtained from the Health Research Ethics Committee, Department of Health Studies and University of South Africa (UNISA), on October 13, 2023 with reference number 11760680_CREC_CHS_2023. A permission letter was issued by the Amhara Public Health Institute in reference number APHI/03/2053 and the West Gojjam Zone with reference number 1443/11/2016 for the study districts. Participants gave their written informed consent for participation was adhering to the ethical principles of Helsinki Declaration.
