Declarations
:
: Although the paper did not experiment on human subjects, informed consent was sought from all respondents for the survey. Authors and survey assistants explained in depth the purpose and objectives of the research and indicated that respondents were free to exit either the survey or interview at any point, should they not be comfortable. Verbal consent was then sought prior to commencing the survey or interview. Only after the respondents unequivocally granted their consent would the data gathering start.
