: The study adhered to the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki and received approval from the Rwanda National Ethics Committee (RNEC) under reference number 106/RNEC/2023. This cross-sectional study focused on domestic workers in Kigali, Rwanda. All participants provided informed consent before participating. To ensure confidentiality, research assistants guided participants to a comfortable, secluded area to record their responses. Participants provided written informed consent and completed a translated data collection questionnaire in Kinyarwanda, the local language.
