: Ethics approval was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (330/CMHS IRB/2022 on May 31, 2022) at the College of Medicine and Health Sciences at the University of Rwanda. Verbal assent was obtained from the study participants under-age of 18 and written informed consents from their legal guardians. Participants over the age of 18 provided oral consent since they could not read. We allowed sufficient time for questions to be asked and answered to ensure study participants comprehended the consent information. It was made clear that participation was voluntary. Research conformed to the principles of the Helsinki Declaration.
