: All the study methods were carried out in accordance with the declaration of Helsinki. The study was conducted in conformity with the Helsinki Declaration on Human Experimentation, 1964 with subsequent revisions, latest Seoul. This study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research, Ghana (Protocol Approval Number: NMIMR-IRB CPN 059/23-24). Written informed consent was also obtained from each participant before recruitment into the study. Each participant was informed of his/her right to withdraw from the study at any time without suffering any negative consequences. Names of the participants were not revealed in the study report and all information gathered from the study participants were treated confidentially as special codes were used to represent the responses of each participant.
