: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Ethical Review Board of Mekelle University, College of Health Science (MU-IRB 2139/2023). Official permission was secured from the Tigray region Bureau of Social Affairs and IDP coordinators. A formal letter was issued from the School of Nursing, Mekelle University. Participants were informed about the study's purpose, risks, and benefits, and written informed consent was obtained from each participant before the interview commenced.
