: Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Human Ethics Committee of Vidyasagar University (VU/IHEC-4/9-23). Relevant stakeholders were formally approached through official letters and permission was obtained at all levels. The details of the study were communicated to the participants. Given that a significant proportion of the respondents were below the age of 18, verbal consent was obtained from the parents/guardians of the children through telephone communication. After coordinating with the parents, written consent was obtained prior to conducting interviews.
