: Ethical clearance was obtained from CIPRB’s (Centre for Injury Prevention and Research Bangladesh) ethical review board (CIPRB/ERC/2016/006). Signed informed consents were obtained from the principals of each school on behalf of the minor-aged respondents. As the parents were unavailable due to their work in tea gardens, the ethical committee approved the school principal’s signing of the informed consent form. All research was conducted according to Ethical guidelines based on the Helsinki Declarations.
