: The study obtained ethical approval from the Ghana Health Service Ethics Review Committee with ethical approval number GHS-ERC 717/03/23 obtained on 6th April, 2023. The health information officer also authorized access to the required data. The hospital was assured of the privacy, confidentiality and security of the data all in accordance with the declaration of Helsinki.
