The data used in this study were publicly available secondary data obtained from the Ethiopian Demographic and Health Survey (EDHS), managed by the Central Statistical Agency (CSA) of Ethiopia. All identifiers were removed prior to data access, and only anonymized data were used. All procedures followed the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki.
