: This study obtained ethical approval (MAKSHSREC-2023-621) from the ethics committee of the School of Health Sciences of Makerere University [MAKSHSREC/IRB]. Furthermore, the study adhered to the ethical principles outlined in the Helsinki Declaration (as amended) and as earlier stated, obtained approval from the ethics committee of the School of Health Sciences of Makerere University [MAKSHSREC/IRB]. Key ethical considerations included; Informed consent, Confidentiality, Beneficence and Equity, Compliance with national and international guidelines, Community engagement and Risk minimization. The study got individual consent to participate from all the 120 participants at the two landing sites as stated in the consent form.
