: This study was performed in line with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. The study received ethical approval from the Aga Khan University Ethics Committee, with ERC number of 2023-8433-24534. Informed assent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study. Written informed consent was obtained from the parents. First, school authorities were briefed about the purpose of the research project and signed permission letters were obtained from them. The students were then briefed about the study and written and informed assents were taken from them. They were guided that their participation in the study is voluntary, they have the right to refuse participation and the assurance of privacy and confidentiality. Following this, the school administration informed the parents about the educational session, and written informed consents were obtained from them. This study received informed parental consent and assent from each student who agreed to join the study, while making sure that ethical guidelines were followed during data collection.
