: Formal approval for ethical clearance was obtained from the Ethics Committee of the Centre for Research and Development at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria (Ethics approval number: FUTA/ETH/22/94). For children under 18 years old, consent was acquired from their parents or legal guardians.
