: Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Review Committee of Chitwan Medical College with reference number of CMC- IRC/080/081-091. Approval was also secured from Lumbini Provincial Hospital. Study was performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations (Declaration of Helsinki). Written informed consent was obtained from all the participants after clearly explaining the study purpose and process of research. Participants were entirely voluntary with the option to withdraw at any time without any consequences.
