: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Ethical Review Committee of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Teaching Hospital (COOUTH), Amaku-Awka, Nigeria (Reference: COOUTH/REC/041/2024). All procedures performed were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments. Informed consent was obtained from all participants. For adolescent girls under 18 years of age, additional consent was obtained from school authorities acting in loco parentis.
