It received approval from the Research Committee at the Wasit Center for Training and Human Development, Wasit Research Committee, Wasit Health Directorate (MOH), Iraq (Approval No. 07/1862-53). This approval included an acknowledgment that there were no objections to implementing the study within the Directorate’s institutions. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants before their enrollment in the study. The data collected did not include any names, photographs, or other personally identifiable information of healthcare workers, thereby ensuring their privacy was protected.
